We worked with Peggy Golden, Golden Interiors, for several months over the past year on a residential project renovation in Washington, DC where we converted a 4 story residential building into two separate 2 level condominiums. Peggy developed the floor plans twice for us. The first design was a 3 bedroom plan and the 2nd plan she created included two-bedrooms with an integral den between them – a great use of space!. She also consulted on various discrete items, including lighting ideas, HVAC installation, paint colors, kitchen ideas and assisted us in creating a successful final package. I worked with Peggy Golden at Golden Interiors, Inc. for the last two years as we established Veracity’s first office location (Alexandria, VA) and more recently our second office location in Brigham City, UT. Given all of the constraints that Veracity’s operation placed on my time during this process, I can honestly say that I’m not sure how I could have managed establishing office spaces without Peggy’s help. She assisted at every stage of the process including space planning; design and construction drawings; lighting design; selecting and ordering office furniture; ergonomic seating selection; logo signage; and office accessories. She was very responsive to our needs and paid close attention to our “thin start-up” budget. Peggy allowed us to focus on running our business as she oversaw construction, provided high quality furnishings, and assisted us in financing the purchases. Even after the initial establishment of the spaces, Peggy continues to assist us in adjusting our office configurations to accommodate our growing staff. Peggy is a specialist in universal design and creating spaces that promote a person functioning at their highest level.
